ISOfrane Watch Strap - Black
Beloved by watch aficionados the world over, the ISOfrane strap is one of the world's premier diving bands, with a timeless, functional design that dates back to the 1960s.
Before ISOfrane, dive straps were usually made from rubber. Lacking breathability, they would often blister and crack in extreme conditions. The original ISOfrane straps were manufactured using a compound called isoprene. Isoprene is a colorless, liquid hydrocarbon that is obtained in the processing of petroleum and/or coal tar and is used as a raw, chemical material. Isoprene was far more durable, and maintained its looks.
The original isoprene rubber formula that gave it its soft, strong and waterproof characteristics is intact, but has been updated for the 21st century with hypoallergenic, non-toxic modifications that make it exceedingly kind to the users skin – all without using silicone, for maximal dust-resistance allowing the strap to retain its factory-fresh luster for far longer than competing straps.
You have the option of 3 stainless steel buckles:
IN (inoxnuova) is a rounded buckle, stamped and bead blasted (available only with 22mm and 24mm size)
RS (retrosicuro) is a square buckle, forged and hand-finished
RS-DLC (retrosicuro) is a square buckle, forged and hand finished with diamond-like carbon coating)
